My full package Childbirth Course is 6 hours of education on all things childbirth including what to expect during labor, birth and postpartum. We will dive into 8 categories that will prepare you and your support partner for child birth.
Courses can be take privately in your home or virtually. Depending of preference, course can be taken over (1) day or split between (2) days with 3 hour sessions.
