Postpartum Packages
Pricing depends on number of hours purchased - contact for details
Hours can be purchased in packages of 100, 200 and 300 hours.
*if less than 100 hours is need, a personalized package can be created!
Support mom and baby as the begin recovery from birth by helping with the following:
Help with baby while you shower or sleep
Ensure mom and family are being well fed
light housekeeping, including dishes, laundry, ect.
Emotional support, birth debriefing
Education on the following:
Baby wearing
Diapering
Sibling integration
Infant feeding and soothing
Bath time
Overnight:
Support with nighttime feedings to minimize sleep interruptions
If bottle feeding, assist with storing milk, cleaning pump equipment, etc.
Change and settle baby through the night
light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, etc.
1 Hour Consultation

Schedule an hour of time with a birth and postpartum doula to help with the following:
Create your birth plan
Create your postpartum plan
Ask any questions
Learn more about a specific topic you are interested in (swaddling, diaper changing, bottle feeding)
